Enhanced Warranty
Enhanced Warranty comes as standard with all MOTOTRBO infrastructure hardware, providing a 2-year manufacturing warranty plus 5 years of remote technical support and software updates. Getting access to the latest certified software updates ensures continuous security, optimises performance, and delivers new functionality to your system. These regular software releases protect and enhance your operations, helping to maximise your system's lifecycle and keep it reliable for the future.
Support Services
To extend your hardware's life and keep systems operational for longer, you can build upon the standard Enhanced Warranty with optional hardware support services. These services include an expanded five-year hardware repair option that covers normal wear and tear in addition to manufacturing defects, or you can choose our Advanced Replacement service to minimise downtime. With Advanced Replacement, we send substitute equipment directly to your site in the event of a hardware failure, allowing you to get your system up and running as soon as possible.
Capacity Max Care
Capacity Max Care is our premier support package for large-scale, business-critical systems. It expands your support coverage to a total of 7 years and allows you to add one or both of our most advanced services: Network Monitoring or Network Updates. With Network Monitoring, our expert team proactively detects and resolves issues, while Network Updates keeps your server hardware aligned with the latest technology through periodic refreshes.
