Instructions

To submit a return material authorization (RMA) request to the ALPR Repair Support Team
for license plate recognition products, please call 925-398-2079 , option 6 or email alpr.mvrepair@motorolasolutions.com to create a case and include the following information:

  • Account Name

  • Account Number

  • POC - First & Last Name-Email-Phone #

  • Ship to and Bill to Address

  • Model Name

  • Model Number

  • Serial Number

  • Issue of the unit

  • Original SD Number
